Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or 8 hours for same-day bookings) will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: To ensure quality for all guests, arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be considered a 'no-show.' The appointment will be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will apply. Emergencies: We recognize that true emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
