Service Description
Our Hair Services focus on wash, care, and dry techniques to rejuvenate your locks. We prioritise gentle, nourishing treatments that enhance the health of your hair while allowing you to leave feeling fresh and beautiful. Please note, we currently do not offer styling or combing services, ensuring every appointment is centered around thorough care and individual attention.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or 8 hours for same-day bookings) will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: To ensure quality for all guests, arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be considered a 'no-show.' The appointment will be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will apply. Emergencies: We recognize that true emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
